Store Pick-Up and Shipping
Bike Barn is proud to support our community and provide the best and safest experience possible. As part of our Transportation infrastructure, we are still open providing service and supplying bikes for those that need our support. During the Covid 19 Crisis our stores are open 10 am-5 pm- Monday - Saturday and 12 pm - 5 pm Sunday. We welcome you to the store but also have other options. We have added new delivery methods so you can feel comfortable on your next purchase. We appreciate your support.
We are practicing social separation and limit the number of guests in our store help with overcrowding. Please be patient with us during this time.
Due to volume of on-line orders, it could take up to 24 hours to process your order for pick-up, even if product is in stock. We will call you with details on your order and let you know of additional delays, if necessary. When your order is ready, we will contact you for pick-up. When you arrive at your designated store, please call the store directly and we will bring your order out to your car. Contact numbers for all of our stores can be found on this link.
Local Delivery (5 mile radius around each store)
Local Delivery requires a minimum purchase of $500. This charge is normally $50 for delivery but is reduced to $25. Delivery time is dependent on product availability, Bike Barn will call to confirm your order and delivery time frame. After placing your order, you will be contacted within 24-hours by your selected store for order confirmation and delivery estimate. Once we establish a good delivery window for you, a Bike Barn employee will deliver the product to your location. If you are unable to make the agreed time/location, please provide at least a 2 hour notification. Failure to cancel with appropriate notice could result in additional delivery charges.
You will be called within 24-hours by your selected store for order confirmation and delivery date. When you arrive at the store, please inform them you are there for an on-line pick up.
If you are shipping to your home via a 3rd Party carrier, you will be contacted within 24-hours for order confirmation and delivery estimate.
We do our best to keep the website updated with available inventory but we cannot commit inventory quantities are 100% accurate and could show stock at a particular location(s) that is not accurate. If there is an issue with availability, we will notify you to discuss other available options.
