Policies, Shipping & Returns


We stand behind everything we sell. If returning a bike, notify us within 3 days of purchase. Accessories & Apparel returns must be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days. We are happy to replace the item or provide a refund. Original receipt is required and a restocking fee may apply, in certain situations. More details below in the "Returns" section.


We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but will not use this information for other purposes.


Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current and accurate prices in our online catalog. Should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect please bring those to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. We appreciate your understanding.


Most online orders can be picked up immediately in-store if the item(s) are in stock. You will receive a call from the store to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.   There are situations where your item(s) may require additional processing time if transferred from another location or warehouse. Other items could require additional processing time for assembly.

For immediate store pick-up, it is best to contact the store and confirm the item is in-stock and ready for pick-up.  Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


If returning a bike, you must notify us within 3 days of purchase, bike must be in as-new condition.

Bike Barn has a 30-day return policy on Accessories and Apparel.  A refund or exchange will be issued when product is returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Merchandise returns that appears to be used, altered or missing original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable. i.e., custom built wheels.

Online Returns

To return or exchange an item, simply fill out the return form included in your shipment or e-mail us at to request one. Please indicate if you need a refund or exchange when you return the product.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is not required

A return or exchange can also be done by visiting one of our locations in the Houston area.


Return shipping charges will be refunded if items are shipped in error by Bike Barn. The customer is responsible for shipping for product ordered in error, wrong sizing or other reasons not caused by Bike Barn. 


Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, the total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.


Free Shipping applies to all orders placed for $99 and above (pre-tax value). Some restriction may apply. Sorry, but we are unable to ship outside of the Contiguous U.S.
